Place the template on your floor plan.
Place the centre of the template on the centre of your floor plan.
Align the north of the template with the north of your house.
Mark the eight wind directions with a pen or pencil. For this you can use the small holes that are provided in the template. Connect the dots with each other, so that the eight wind directions are clearly labeled on your floor plan.
